Where are your products manufactured?
That depends on each manufacturer; we offer a wide range of manufacturers and trampolines. Some of them are made in the USA, others are designed in the USA and assembled outside of the country. We assure the highest quality and safety standards for all trampolines we carry, no matter which country it is assembled or manufactured in.
How much is shipping?
Please check product descriptions for shipping information and costs, if any. Larger items are generally delivered via freight. If you're not sure, just place an item into the cart and do the first step of checkout. Watch out for our FREE SHIPPING promotions that are available from time to time! :)
How long does shipping take?

Where are you located and can I pick up my trampolines from your warehouse?
Our office is located in Miami, Florida, however orders may not be picked up locally as we do not stock most items. Manufacturers will ship most orders to ensure the speediest service and your utmost satisfaction.
When will I be contacted to confirm my order?
You will receive a confirmation that your order is received right after you place it. Our regular processing time for orders is 24-48 business hours depending on the brand, you will then receive shipping information with a tracking number.
If you don't receive the your order confirmation, please check your junk email to ensure our emails aren't being blocked.
How do I check the status of my order?
Check the email confirmation for you order, which includes a link to the order processing page. As soon as your order ships we will email you with your tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step.
What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know at email@example.com and include images that show the damage and we will get a new product or replacement shipped to you ASAP. Please read the DAMAGED ITEMS section of your Return & Cancellation.
