Custom items could take an additional 1-2 weeks to build and ship. If your item isn't in stock for whatever reason, we'll contact you ASAP via phone or email to discuss alternatives. If we can't find a great alternative, we will happily refund 100% of your money.

Where are you located and can I pick up my trampolines from your office?
Our office is located in Sheridan, Wyoming, however our trampolines ship directly from the manufactures, which saves you time and money. Some of our trampolines are shipped to hubs around the USA. Please note that a lot of our trampolines are shipped on pallets meaning you will need a van for collection or a car with lots of space. To schedule a pickup, please order online as usual, then send us an email stating you would like to pick it up and we will notify you when your order is ready which is usually 1-2 business days if your item is in stock, and where the item is located.
How can I place an order?
Ordering Online: Find products you would like to purchase and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Now click‘Checkout’. If you are ordering more than one product, add all the items that you wish to purchase in the cart. Once you are done, click on ‘Checkout’. If there were any options, colors or upgrades that you missed, our custom service staff members will contact you either by email or phone. In-stock items are shipped usually 2-3 business days after we receive the order.
Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will be happy to help you select your trampolines and any accessories whilst keeping in mind your individual needs.
